Dark Forest

Indulge in our chocolate granola made from 100% Valrhona cacao, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, honey and coconut oil. Mixed with almonds, macadamia nuts, raisins and cranberries, it completes the chocaholic's experience of our healthy, chocolate treat.

Things to Note for Gift E-Vouchers

Gift E-Vouchers

1. All gift e-vouchers value are in SGD.

Redemption

2. Gift e-vouchers can only be used on The Oven and Pan granola products and does not cover delivery fees.

3. Gift e-vouchers are valid for a single transaction only. No refund will be given for purchases below the gift e-vouchers value.

Refunds

4. Gift e-vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.

Expiry / Validity

5. Gift e-vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue date of purchase. Should Gift e-vouchers be issue as part of a giveaway, they are valid for 2 months from issue date of notice. No extension of expiry date from date of issue will be allowed. Unredeemed value will not be refunded.

Risk or Loss

6. The Oven and Pan is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift e-vouchers (e.g. lost emails, stolen codes) and will not provide any replacement.

7. Ownership and risk of loss of gift e-vouchers is transferred to the purchaser as soon as we send the confirmation and gift e-voucher code to the recipient.

Limitations

8. Gift e-vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift e-voucher.

9. Gift e-vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. The gift e-vouchers are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

Payment

10. The gift e-vouchers can be purchased through our order form, similar to our granolas.

Delivery and Personalised Messaging

11. Gift e-vouchers to your recipient, should be indicated in the remarks for The Oven and Pan's acknowledgement. Please ensure that your recipient's email address is correct. The Oven and Pan is not responsible for gift e-vouchers that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient.

12. You may include a personal message to the recipient. The Oven and Pan will email this message together with the gift e-voucher code to the recipient.

Limitation of Liability

13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, The Oven and Pan will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with your purchase of The Oven and Pan gift e-vouchers including damages arising out of changes to, or termination of the gift e-vouchers programme, or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the gift e-vouchers. This applies to damages of all kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third party.
